Scope
This standard specifies the tensile test, wettability test, QFP lead solder joint 45° pull-out test (see Appendix B), and chip component solder joint shear test methods (see Appendix C) for soft solders.
This standard is applicable to the performance tests of lead-free solders and tin-lead solders, and other soft solders can also be used for reference.
