Scope

This standard specifies the determination of the content of magnesium, aluminum, silicon, calcium, titanium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, and nickel in chromite ore by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of the above elements in chromite and chromite ore. The determination range of each element (expressed as oxide) is shown in Table 1.
