DB34/T 982-2017 Simple pressure vessel safety performance supervision and inspection specification
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements, contents, items, and methods for the supervision and inspection of the safety performance of simple pressure vessels. This standard applies to the supervision and inspection of the safety performance of simple pressure vessels that meet the following conditions as stipulated in TSG 21: a) The pressure vessel consists of a cylindrical body and a flat cover, a convex head (excluding spherical heads), or two convex heads; b) The materials of the main pressure-bearing components, such as the cylindrical body, covers, and manifolds, are carbon steel, austenitic stainless steel, or Q345R; c) The design pressure is less than or equal to 1.6 MPa; d) The volume is less than or equal to 1 m3; e) The product of the working pressure and volume is less than or equal to 1 MPa·m3; f) The medium is air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, inert gases, steam generated from medical distilled water, or mixtures of these gases. The medium is allowed to contain components such as oil that do not significantly alter the properties of the medium and do not affect the compatibility between the medium and the materials; g) The design temperature is greater than or equal to -20℃, and the maximum working temperature is less than or equal to 150℃; h) Welded pressure vessels that are not directly heated (bolt connections of flat covers are allowed when the internal diameter is less than or equal to 550 mm).
