Scope
This guideline was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the National Food Administration Office on Issuing the Preparation Tasks for Four Food Engineering Construction Standards, Including the Construction Standards for Grain Warehouse Management Information Systems" (No. [2005] 186 of the National Food Administration Exhibition Office). During the preparation process, we collected the current design specifications of the national, food industry, and other industrial sectors, and referred to the "Review Points for Construction Drawing Design Documents (Trial)" prepared by the Ministry of Construction, which reflected the characteristics of food engineering. This guideline was widely solicited for opinions from relevant units and experts in the food industry, including design, construction drawing review, supervision, construction, and installation, and was finally finalized after review by an expert review committee.
