This document specifies a method for determining the content of free ammonia and ammonium ions in industrial methanol using ion chromatography. This document is applicable to the determination of the content of free ammonia and ammonium ions in industrial methanol. When the sample injection volume is 50 μL, the lower limit of detection is 0.01 mg/L.
