Scope

This document provides general principles and logical processes for early warning of electrical safety risks, and provides information on determining early warning risk factors, monitoring early warning risk factors, determining early warning levels, taking early warning measures, and evaluating early warnings.
This document is applicable to electrical safety risk early warning for electrical equipment and systems with a rated AC voltage of 1,000 V or less, and a rated DC voltage of 1,500 V or less.
