Scope

This guidance technical document sets out the project conditions, division of responsibilities, project organization and operation, analysis of expected project outcomes, poverty alleviation cycle, and project evaluation and management of the poverty alleviation project for the Chinese herbal medicine (Sichuan Dangcai) industry. It also provides standardized typical cases of precision poverty alleviation in the Sichuan Dangcai industry (see Appendix A).
