Scope
This guidance technical document sets out the project conditions, division of responsibilities, project organization and operation, analysis of the expected outcomes of the project, and project evaluation and management for photovoltaic industry projects, and provides typical cases of precision poverty alleviation in the photovoltaic industry (see Appendix A). This guidance technical document is applicable to the operation and management of photovoltaic industry projects.
