Scope

This part of GB/T 22394 provides general principles for machine data interpretation and diagnosis technology. It aims to:
—— Enable users and manufacturers of condition monitoring and diagnosis systems to share common concepts in the field of machine diagnosis;
—— Help users prepare the necessary technical characteristic parameters for further diagnosis of machine status;
—— Provide suitable methods for machine fault diagnosis.
As it is a general principle, no list of machine types is provided.
This part is applicable to all industrial machines, such as turbines, compressors, pumps, generators, electric motors, blowers, gearboxes, and fans.
