This document stipulates the basic principles, basic requirements, recycling requirements, resource utilization requirements, environmental protection requirements, occupational health and safety requirements, and labeling and traceability requirements for the classification, recycling, and resource utilization of waste polymer materials in industrial parks. This document is applicable to the recycling and comprehensive utilization of various types of waste polymer materials in industrial parks, and can also provide reference for the construction of green industrial parks. This document is not applicable to the disposal of waste polymer materials listed in the National Hazardous Waste List.
