Scope

This document specifies the materials and structure, performance requirements, dimensions, quality assurance, packaging and labeling, storage period, and order information of the E-glass fiber cloth reinforced double-functional epoxy bonding sheets (hereinafter referred to as "bonding sheets").
This document is applicable to the manufacture of IEC 62326-4 multilayer printed circuit boards for bonding IEC 61249-2-7 type laminates. This material can be used for bonding multilayer printed circuit boards.
This document specifies the flammability of the bonding sheets (vertical burning test), and its flame retardant effect is achieved through polymer-type brominated flame retardants. The glass transition temperature after lamination shall not be lower than 120 °C.
