Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, quality inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for semiconductor tube characteristic illustrators (hereinafter referred to as illustrators).
This standard applies to semiconductor tube characteristic illustrators used for testing the characteristic curves and DC parameters of semiconductor tubes, as well as to semiconductor tube characteristic illustrators equipped with insertion units or auxiliary devices.
The product standards for illustrators should meet the requirements of this standard. When the requirements of the product standards for illustrators exceed those of this standard, the product standards shall prevail.
