Scope

This standard specifies the basic fire safety capabilities of social units (hereinafter referred to as "units"), namely "inspecting and eliminating fire hazards, organizing the initial fire fighting, organizing personnel to safely evacuate and escape, and fire safety publicity and education training" (hereinafter referred to as the "Four Capabilities"), as well as the construction terms and definitions, general principles, requirements, and construction evaluation.
This standard applies to key fire safety units and crowded public places. The construction of the "Four Capabilities" for fire safety in other units can also be used for reference.
