GB/T 44370-2024 Systems and software engineering—Software product Quality Requirements and Evaluation(SQuaRE)—Common Industry Format(CIF) for Usability—User requirements specification
Basic Information
Scope
This document provides a framework and unified terminology for defining user requirements. It specifies a common industry format (CIF) for user requirement specifications, including content elements and the format of requirement descriptions.
Note 1: A user requirement specification is a formal document that outlines a set of user requirements, which aids in the development and evaluation of available interactive systems.
In this document, user requirements refer to:
a) User-system interaction requirements to achieve the desired outcome (including requirements for system output and its attributes);
b) Quality requirements related to usage, which specify quality criteria for the results of user interaction with the interactive system and can serve as a standard for system acceptance.
Note 2: ISO/IEC 25030 introduces the concept of quality requirements. The quality requirements related to usage in this document are a special type of quality requirements.
The content elements of the user requirement specification are intended to be part of the output of activities specified in ISO 9241-210 and human-centered design processes (e.g., the design process in ISO 9241-220).
This document is intended for use by requirements engineers, business analysts, product managers, product owners, and individuals who acquire systems from third parties.
The CIF series of standards addresses usability-related information (as described in ISO 9241-11 and ISO/TR 25060).
Note 3: In addition to usability, user requirements may also include other aspects, such as human-centered quality introduced in ISO 9241-220 and other qualities proposed in ISO/IEC 25010, ISO/IEC TS 25011, and ISO/IEC 25030.
Note 4: Although this document is primarily aimed at interactive systems, it can also be applied to other fields.
This document does not specify any specific methodologies, lifecycles, or processes. The content elem
