Scope

This document specifies a consistency test method for verifying that RFID (radio frequency identification) tires meet the minimum reading distance requirements of ISO 20909.
Only when the radio frequency and power parameters are the same, can the two methods proposed in this document provide comparable test results.
Unless otherwise specified, the tests in this document only apply to single tires equipped with RFID.
This document does not set any requirements for quality control and testing frequency in mass production.
