Scope
This standard applies to large sports venues within the administrative area of Chongqing City, which are invested and constructed by people's governments at all levels and social forces, open to the public, and meet the relevant scale requirements of the "Design Code for Sports Buildings" (JGJ 31-2003), including stadiums (with a seating capacity of 20,000 or more), gymnasiums (with a seating capacity of 3,000 or more), swimming pools, diving halls (with a seating capacity of 1,500 or more), and other large sports venues.
