Scope

This document contains an introduction to GB/T 44275.
The Open Technology Dictionary (OTD) is a collection of technical concepts used to encode master data. GB/T 44275 defines the dictionary data model for these technical concepts, including globally unique identifiers for the concepts, their terminology, definitions, and other auxiliary information about these concepts. It also provides a data model for master data and identification guidelines (IG) encoded using OTD concepts, and allows receiving organizations to define their requirements for master data. This document is applicable to the construction, development, use, operation, and maintenance of master data dictionaries that adopt Open Technology Dictionary technology.
