Scope

This document specifies the grading methods, grading rules and requirements, quality and size, grading environmental requirements, and grading rules for uneven samples of natural polished amber (golden amber, beeswax amber, blood amber, and blue amber). This document is applicable to the grading of natural polished amber (golden amber, beeswax amber, blood amber, and blue amber). The fluorescent color grading in this document is applicable to blue amber. The transparency grading and clarity grading of other varieties of natural polished amber shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant standards.
