Scope

This document stipulates the classification of fire-related operations for fireworks and explosives, safety requirements for fire-related operations, fire analysis and qualification standards, responsibilities, and the management of the "Fire Safety Operation Certificate". This document applies to fire-related operations in the fire-prohibited areas of fireworks and explosives production units. Fire-related operations in the dangerous goods storage areas of fireworks and explosives wholesale units can be implemented with reference to this document. This document does not apply to fixed fire-related operations and fixed fire-using operations in fireworks and explosives production units and wholesale units.
