Scope
This document stipulates the basic principles and requirements for the configuration and setting of automatic low-frequency load shedding devices in power systems (hereinafter referred to as "the system"), as well as the basic assumptions and methods for the calculation of automatic low-frequency load shedding settings.
This document is applicable to automatic low-frequency load shedding technical measures involved in system planning and design, production and operation, and scientific research and manufacturing work.
