Scope

This calibration standard is applicable to the calibration of thermal conductivity vacuum gauges used for work (hereinafter referred to as the vacuum gauges to be calibrated).
Considering the practical application, when implementing this standard, the two inspection procedures, JJG 587-1989 and JJG 737-1991, shall be repealed simultaneously.
