Scope

This document stipulates the basic requirements, content, and construction requirements for the conversion of civil air defense projects (hereinafter referred to as civil air defense works) in Foshan City from peacetime to wartime. This document applies to medical rescue projects, air defense professional team projects, personnel shelter projects, and supporting civil air defense projects in Foshan City with a resistance level of 5 or lower against conventional weapons and a resistance level of 5 or lower against nuclear weapons. This document does not apply to underground space projects such as underground rail transit projects, underground comprehensive pipe galleries, and other single-built underground spaces that also meet the needs of civil air defense.
