Scope

This standard specifies the performance requirements and corresponding test methods for the saw chain ejection protection system of the working head of forestry machinery harvesters and the sawing head of logging machines.
This standard is only applicable to saw chain breakage on the cutting side of the guide plate.
Note: Other test methods and test devices that can achieve equivalent results are allowed to be used.
