Scope

This document specifies the method for determining the thermal conductivity of lubricating oil products using the transient hot-wire method. This document is applicable to lubricating oil products with a thermal conductivity between 0.05 W·m-1·K-1 and 1.0 W·m-1·K-1 and a homogeneous state under the measurement conditions.
