DB3206/T 1082-2024 The Work Specification for "Land Taking and Work Commencement" for General Industrial Projects

Scope

This document stipulates the basic principles, basic requirements, service processes, service support, and evaluation and improvement requirements for the "land acquisition and immediate commencement of construction" work norms for general industrial projects. This document applies to land-transfer-based industrial projects. It does not apply to: projects that are explicitly required to be publicly tendered by laws and regulations; projects involving major social stability risks, significant environmental impacts, or public safety concerns; projects involving the production or storage and transportation of flammable and explosive dangerous goods or hazardous chemicals; and projects that are not suitable for early intervention in technical guidance due to environmental protection, fire safety, or other reasons; restricted and eliminated projects stipulated by the state; and projects listed in the "Special Administrative Measures for Foreign Investment Access (Negative List)".
