Scope
This standard specifies the quarantine identification of Burkholderia glumae in rice seeds and other rice materials based on the morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical properties, molecular biology, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) techniques of plants, and clarifies the methods of field observation, isolation and identification, and sample preservation.
This standard is applicable to the detection of Burkholderia glumae in rice materials and related environments.
