Scope

This document stipulates the general principles of comprehensive control of water and soil erosion in the mountainous and hilly areas of southern Shaanxi, including the treatment of slope farmland, slope surface treatment, gully treatment, small-scale water storage and drainage projects, and the treatment of collapsed slopes.
