Scope

This document stipulates the overall requirements, equipment and facilities, on-site operation and work, safety production and occupational health, environmental protection, file management, informatization and network security, and standardization and continuous improvement of safety production for rural hydropower stations (hereinafter referred to as hydropower stations). This document is applicable to the operation and management of rural hydropower stations with a total installed capacity of 0.5 MW to 50 MW (excluding), and rural hydropower stations with a capacity of less than 0.5 MW may refer to and implement it accordingly.
