Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, and marking for interwoven fabrics made from silk and viscose filament yarns.
This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the quality of various types of bleached, dyed, printed, and yarn-dyed silk and viscose filament yarn interwoven fabrics (with a silk content of 15% to 65%), but it is not applicable to textile products for infants, toddlers, and children.
