Scope

This standard specifies the test method for determining hexacyanoferrate (II) (ferricyanide [Fe(CN)6]-4) and hexacyanoferrate (III) (ferricyanide [Fe(CN)6]-3) in photographic processing wastewater, which will henceforth be referred to as Fe(CN)61 in the wastewater discharged during the photographic processing process. The results are reported as hexacyanoferrate, Fe(CN)6.
