Scope

This standard specifies the marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and labels of electronic leak detectors for injections, as well as the user's manual, packaging, transportation, and storage for such devices.
This standard applies to electronic leak detectors for injections used to inspect ampoules, antibiotic vials, and infusion bottles whose contents are non-flammable and non-explosive liquid preparations (hereinafter referred to as "leak detectors").
