GB/T 36702.1-2018 Irrigation equipment—Safety devices for chemigation—Part 1:Small plastics valves for chemigation
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 36702 specifies the general requirements and test methods for small plastic valves used in chemical irrigation (hereinafter referred to as "devices"). These devices are used in irrigation pipe systems that may contain certain types and concentrations of fertilizers or chemicals commonly used in agriculture. This part applies to controlled safety devices (also known as backflow preventers) with a pressure-reducing zone (RPZ). These devices are used to prevent irrigation water from flowing back into the upstream drinking water distribution system due to backflow or back pressure when the pressure of the upstream drinking water distribution system is lower than that of the downstream system. This part applies to devices with a nominal size not exceeding DN50, a nominal pressure of PN10, and can operate without modification or adjustment under the following conditions: -- Pressure below 1 MPa; -- Pressure change not exceeding 1 MPa; -- Long-term operation at temperatures not exceeding 45 °C, and operation at temperatures of 65 °C for 1 hour.
