Scope
This standard specifies a general method for testing and analyzing the relative content of β-crystallinity in polypropylene (PP) pipeline products using X-ray diffraction. This standard is applicable to β-crystalline polypropylene pipes and fittings, as well as other β-crystalline modified polypropylene solid samples that can obtain a flat test surface.
