Scope
This standard specifies the instruments and equipment, reagents and materials, sample collection and pretreatment, detection, and result interpretation and expression for the real-time fluorescence PCR detection methods of the sugarcane bacilliform IM virus (SCBIMV) and the sugarcane bacilliform MO virus (SCBMOV).
This standard is applicable to the rapid detection and diagnosis of living host plants that may be infected with the SCBIMV and SCBMOV viruses.
