This document applies to the fire safety design, construction, and acceptance of new, renovated, and expanded electric bicycle parking and charging facilities within Shenzhen City. Existing electric bicycle parking and charging facilities shall comply with the requirements of this document. This document does not apply to the fire safety requirements of parking and charging facilities for electric buses, electric cars, electric tricycles, and other vehicles. Parking and charging facilities for electric motorcycles may refer to this document for guidance.
