Scope
This standard specifies the detection of chloramphenicol (CAP) residues in aquatic products—the principles of the colloidal gold immunoassay, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, determination steps, result interpretation and expression, and methods for confirming results. This standard is applicable to the rapid screening detection of chloramphenicol residues in edible tissues of fish, soft-shelled turtles, and turtles, as well as shrimp and crab shells and intestinal glands. The detection limit of this method is 0.3 μg/kg.
