Scope

This standard specifies the inspection and quarantine basis, risk analysis, entry permits, entry inspection and quarantine, post-entry quarantine, isolation and quarantine supervision, result evaluation, and quarantine treatment for the introduction of potato germplasm resources. This standard applies to germplasm resources used for scientific research, protected areas, and isolation facilities for production and reproduction.
