Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, evaluation requirements, preparation of product life cycle assessment reports, and evaluation methods for green design products of multi-grain aromatic white wine. This document is applicable to white wine made from various grains, which is fermented, distilled, aged, and blended by traditional solid-state methods, without adding food-grade alcohol or flavoring substances produced by non-white wine fermentation. It features a complex aroma dominated by ethyl acetate. It includes high-alcohol white wine (with an alcohol content of 41% vol-68% vol) and low-alcohol white wine (with an alcohol content of 25% vol-40% vol).
