This document describes the performance characteristics and testing methods of large-scale trough collectors.
This document covers the optical performance, thermal performance, and the determination method of the tracking accuracy of the collector's single-axis tracking system. The testing methods described in this document are only applicable to outdoor testing.
This document is suitable for trough collectors equipped with supporting tracking devices.
The testing methods in this document are not applicable to collectors in which the working fluid may undergo phase changes under operating conditions.
This document is applicable to complete collectors.
