Scope

This document defines the terms and definitions of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) beer bottles, specifies product classification, requirements, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage, and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document is applicable to beer bottles made from PET resin for bottles as the main raw material, which are produced by injection molding, stretching, and blow molding processes.
This document is not applicable to PET beer bottles with carbon coating on the inner wall.
