This document establishes the work objectives and principles of the "Seven-stage Legal Promotion" initiative, and stipulates the basic requirements for promoting law in government agencies, schools, rural areas, communities, temples, enterprises, and organizations, as well as the requirements for extending legal awareness, promoting legal services, and implementing law-based governance. This document applies to the "Seven-stage Legal Promotion" initiative in Sichuan Province.
