Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, control requirements, pollutant monitoring requirements, and implementation and supervision of air pollutant emissions in the cement industry. This standard applies to the management of air pollutant emissions from existing cement industry enterprises or production facilities, as well as the environmental impact assessment of cement industry construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, the acceptance of completed environmental protection facilities, and the issuance of discharge permits and the management of air pollutant emissions after the project goes into operation. For the co-processing of solid waste in cement kilns, in addition to implementing this standard, the provisions of the corresponding pollution control standards of the state and Anhui Province shall also be complied with.
