T/HNFX 001-2017 The requirement for selenium content in selenium-rich agricultural products

Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions of selenium-enriched agricultural products, selenium detection, quality requirements, product labeling, selenium content indicators, etc. This standard applies to naturally selenium-enriched and biologically selenium-converted agricultural products and processed products, but not to foods and health products to which selenium is added during processing. Main technical content: The selenium content requirements for selenium-enriched solid agricultural products are ≥0.150mg/kg; for selenium-enriched liquid agricultural products, the selenium content is ≥0.075mg/L; for selenium-enriched agricultural products and processed products with a water content of less than 20%, the selenium content is ≥0.150mg/kg, and for those with a water content of more than 20%, the selenium content is calculated by reducing 0.020mg/kg for every 10% increase in water content.
