This document describes a general method for absolute measurement of the photoluminescence internal/external quantum efficiency of fluorescent materials.
This document is suitable for testing solid and liquid fluorescent materials with a fluorescence spectral range in the ultraviolet, visible, and near-infrared bands (200 nm to 1,100 nm) and an excitation wavelength range in the ultraviolet and visible bands (200 nm to 780 nm).
