Scope

This standard specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating procedures, and result calculations for determining the content of resveratrol in peanuts by high-performance liquid chromatography.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of resveratrol in peanut kernels and peanut fruits.
The detection limit of resveratrol in the sample is 0.1 mg/kg.
