Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, site selection, cultivar selection, cultivation management, drying, pest and disease control, and mycelium processing for White Auricularia cultivation. This standard applies to the cultivation and production of White Auricularia; Main technical content: 3.1 White Auricularia: White Auricularia is a mutant strain of Auricularia. 3.2 Ground-laying cultivation: The method of directly placing Auricularia spawn bags on the ground for fruiting. 3.3 Hanging-bag cultivation: The method of suspending Auricularia spawn bags in mushroom sheds or controlled climate facilities for fruiting. 4. Site selection 4.1 Basic requirements: The site should be flat, well-ventilated, with convenient irrigation and drainage, and convenient transportation. There should be no sources of pollution from industrial and mining enterprises, piles of domestic waste and landfills, or industrial solid waste and hazardous waste around the site. 4.2 Ground-laying site: Level the ground and prepare beds with a height of 10-15 cm and a width of 120-150 cm, and a working path width of 30-50 cm. Sprinkle lime evenly on the bed and then cover it with black mulch film. Install water pipes and micro-spray irrigation equipment in the middle of the bed, with micro-spray nozzles 40-50 cm above the bed and 150-200 cm apart. 4.3 Hanging-bag site: Build a north-south oriented mushroom shed with a width of 6-12 m and a length of 30-60 m, or adjust according to the actual situation of the site. The center point should be ≥3.5 m high, and the shed shoulder height ≥2.5 m. Install hanging racks (poles and wires) for hanging bags inside the shed, and cover the outside with shading nets. The construction of the greenhouse should comply with the requirements of NY/T 3024. Install water pipes and micro-spray irrigation equipment in the middle of the mushroom shed, with micro-spray nozzles 150-200 cm apart. 5. Cultivar selection: Medium- and broad-temperature culti
