YD/T 2379.10-2020 Telecommunications equipment environmental testing requirements and test methods - Part 10: Aircraft onboard equipment for civil aircraft

Scope

This section applies to equipment installed on fixed-wing propeller aircraft, fixed-wing turbine, turbojet, and turbofan jet aircraft, as well as helicopters. Currently, civil aircraft onboard telecommunications equipment is mainly installed in the aircraft's electronic cabin equipment racks or passenger cabin luggage racks, and its usage scenarios generally do not encounter environmental factors such as water (including ice and frost), fluid contamination, sand and dust, mold contamination, and salt spray. Therefore, this section does not address the requirements of these environmental conditions and their related test methods. If necessary, you can refer to the relevant requirements of the HB 6167 standard. This section does not apply to environmental conditions that civil aircraft onboard telecommunications equipment may encounter, such as fire, explosion, ionizing radiation, and other accidental events, which should be considered as special circumstances; nor does it apply to the storage and transportation process of civil aircraft onboard telecommunications equipment.
