Scope
This document specifies the types and dimensions, requirements, inspection conditions and methods, marking and packaging of metric series gauges for measuring threads.
This document is applicable to measuring gauges for metric series used to inspect ordinary threads (M), unified threads (UN), 55° pipe threads (G, R), and trapezoidal threads (Tr) with a pitch angle of less than 5° and a standard pitch.
