Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates, and contents of purchase orders (or contracts) for copper-indium-gallium-selenium target materials.
This standard applies to copper-indium-gallium-selenium target materials made from high-purity metals such as copper, indium, gallium, and selenium through processes such as hot pressing and sintering. The products are mainly used in the production of photoelectric conversion layer materials for copper-indium-gallium-selenium thin-film solar cells and other applications.
