Scope
This document stipulates the basic requirements, risk grading and control, hidden danger investigation and treatment, emergency response, document management, and performance evaluation and continuous improvement of the dual prevention mechanism for rural hydropower stations (hereinafter referred to as hydropower stations). This document is applicable to the construction of dual prevention mechanisms for hydropower stations with a total installed capacity of 0.5MW to 50MW (excluding), and hydropower stations with a capacity of less than 0.5MW may refer to this document for implementation.
